Montgomery County Easter Egg Hunt: Montgomery County Parks and Recreation is hosting its second annual free Easter Egg Hunt with a helicopter egg drop and the first-ever Adaptive Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, at Civitan Park, 650 Bellamy Lane. The Adaptive Hunt for all ages is at 9. The other hunts begin at 10 a.m., with 0-2 at 10, 3-5 at 10:30, 6-8 at 11, and 9-plus at 11:30. For more details, 931-648-5732.
This Day in 1861: Join the fun at Historic Collinsville’s opening day for the 2025 season! Guests will get a glimpse of everyday life of those at home in a rural Tennessee settlement on the day the Civil War began, with special activities and programming. It’s Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at Historic Collinsville, 4711 Weakley Road. Tickets are $12.
Spring Craftsmen’s Fair at Old Glory: Shop and explore handcrafted items and meet local vendors, listen to live music, food trucks on site, and more at Old Glory Distilling Co., 451 Alfred Thun Road on Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free admission.
‘Autumn’ film premiere: Premiere of the independent feature film Autumn, by local director Demetrius Hnarakis at Customs House Museum Theater, 200 S. Second St. on Saturday, April 12, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tickets are $20 on Eventbrite.
